Virtualis is the second business that I have owned. While managing my first business, a post-production company for print advertising, I was overwhelmed by the pressures of saving receipts, paying bills on time, managing cash-flow, and all of the other financial procedures associated with running my own business. During eight months of working overseas and trying to manage my business from abroad, I quickly came to the realization that my financial management could be done quickly, more efficiently and most importantly, remotely.
I created Virtualis to remedy the problems I was having with my business accounting and bookkeeping tasks; to alleviate the burdensome accounts payable, expense tracking, bookkeeping and tax planning tasks by offering a simple online solution. With a simple click of the mouse, businesses can now manage and store their bookkeeping and perform their accounting all online.
My goal, as the founder of Virtualis, was to help other small business owners focus less on their business's financial management and more on what matters most — exploring new business opportunities. We help our clients minimize their operational costs and tax liabilities, while maximizing their profits.
